- The phone says it cannot add the eSIM
- Confirm that the phone supports eSIM, is not carrier-locked and has a stable internet connection. Do not repeatedly scan or delete a partially installed profile. Keep the visible error and contact support if a second careful attempt fails.
- The delivery email has not arrived
- Check Spam or Junk and confirm the checkout email. Then use order lookup to review payment, processing and delivery status. Avoid placing a duplicate order while the first order is still processing.
- The travel line shows No Service after landing
- Confirm that the travel eSIM is on, selected for mobile data and has data roaming enabled. Leave network selection on Automatic, toggle Airplane Mode once or restart, and move to an area with better signal if needed.
- The Add eSIM option is missing
- The exact model or sales-region variant may not support eSIM, the phone may be carrier-locked, or the menu name may differ. Check for an EID, search Settings for eSIM and verify the manufacturer specification.
