Terms of service
Last updated July 2026
1. The service and contract
Product pages are invitations to place an order. A contract is formed when payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, subject to any correction or cancellation required by law or a genuine pricing or availability error.
2. What you are buying
A travel eSIM is a digital connectivity product for the destination or region, allowance, validity and activation rule shown before payment. It does not include a phone number unless the product explicitly says so.
3. Delivery
After payment and order processing, setup details are delivered to the checkout email or made available through the order flow. Timing depends on payment, inventory and fulfillment status; no fixed delivery time is promised unless the checkout states one.
Open order lookup4. Compatibility and activation
The device must support eSIM and be unlocked for another provider. Activation and validity rules can vary by product, so the selected product and order wording controls over general guidance.
Check device compatibility5. Price, currency and payment
The checkout shows the order currency, final amount and any separately charged tax or fee before submission. A bank or wallet provider may apply its own conversion or fee.
6. Refunds and withdrawal
The refund policy forms part of these terms. Digital-delivery limits apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not remove mandatory remedies for non-delivery, faulty performance or materially inaccurate information.
Read the refund policy7. Accounts, Credits and referrals
Guest checkout may be available. Account, Credits and referral benefits have separate eligibility, expiry, abuse-prevention and reversal rules that form part of these terms when used.
8. Acceptable use
Do not resell credentials, interfere with networks or systems, commit fraud, abuse promotions, evade restrictions or use a product unlawfully. We may suspend affected access while investigating abuse, subject to applicable law.
9. Networks and availability
Connectivity relies on third-party networks we do not operate. Coverage, speed and technology can vary by plan, location, device, radio conditions and congestion. We remain responsible for obligations that law places on the seller.
10. Liability
Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by law, liability for an affected order is limited to reasonably foreseeable direct loss and any contractual cap that is valid in the customer’s jurisdiction.
11. Changes and contact
Updated terms apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. Material changes are identified by the updated date. Questions can be sent through the help center before purchase.
Seller identity
Live payment remains closed until the seller identity is configured.
