Before departure

Install safely before departure

    Open the delivery email

    Keep the QR code or manual activation details available on another screen.

    Install while you have Wi-Fi

    Open your SIM settings, choose Add eSIM, then scan the QR code.

  3. 3
    Label it for your destination

    Give the new line a clear name and leave it switched off until you are ready to use it.

After landing

Switch to the travel line

    Turn on the travel line

    Enable the new eSIM after you arrive at the destination.

  2. 2
    Use it for mobile data

    Keep the home line available if needed, but route mobile data through the travel eSIM.

  3. 3
    Enable data roaming

    Data roaming must be on for the travel line so it can join a supported local network.

If it says No Service

Check these four settings first

  • The travel eSIM line is switched on.
  • It is selected as the mobile-data line.
  • Data roaming is enabled for the travel line.
  • Network selection is Automatic; toggle Airplane Mode or restart once if needed.
