Installing multiple eSIMs

Many recent phones can store multiple eSIM profiles, but the number that can be active at once varies by model and region. Check the device guide and give every travel line a clear destination label.

Open the phone's SIM or cellular settings, turn on the travel eSIM you need and select it for mobile data. Turn off data switching if you do not want the phone to fall back to the home line.

An inactive stored profile does not use mobile data. Battery and active-line behavior can vary by device, so follow the manufacturer's dual-SIM guidance.
