Data speeds and fair-use policy

Speed depends on the selected plan, local network, location, device bands, coverage, congestion and radio conditions. A phone may move between supported networks, 5G and 4G/LTE.

Unlimited does not always mean unlimited full-speed data. Some plans reduce speed after a daily high-speed allowance or another threshold. The exact allowance, reset rule and reduced speed are shown in the selected plan terms.

Daily plans provide a stated allowance for each plan day; the product terms explain what happens after it is used. Fixed-data plans provide one total data pool for the validity period. Top-up availability depends on the plan and order system.
