Friend referral terms

An eligible new customer receives 10% off a first qualifying eSIM subtotal, capped at US$3, when the eligible subtotal is at least US$20. The referrer receives US$3 in Credits after fulfillment and a 30-day non-refund period.

The referrer needs an eligible paid, fulfilled and non-refunded eSIM order. The friend must not have a previous paid order. Virtual numbers, hotels, transfers and other excluded categories do not qualify.

A friend link lasts 30 days. A valid code entered at checkout can take priority over stored attribution. One order has one new-customer source, and the offer cannot be combined with Credits or another promotion unless checkout says otherwise.

Clear self-referrals and manipulated identities or payment ownership are rejected. Ambiguous signals can be reviewed. Automatic rewards are limited to 10 per calendar month and 50 in a rolling 12-month period; activity above a limit can be paused for review.

A refund, dispute or chargeback can void or reverse the related reward. If spent Credits are reversed, the balance may become negative and further redemption pauses. We do not automatically charge a card to recover Credits.
