A plan price covers the selected digital eSIM package, including its destination or region, allowance, validity and delivery method as described on the product page.

Any required tax, processor charge or other amount that is not already included must be shown before payment. The checkout total is the amount authorized for that order.

We favor a smaller set of understandable options for common trip lengths and data needs instead of displaying every upstream product code.

Digital inventory is not promoted with fake countdowns, invented scarcity or misleading crossed-out prices. A real promotion should state its eligibility and end date.

The selected display currency and checkout currency are shown before payment. A bank, wallet or card issuer may apply its own conversion rate or fee, which is outside our control.

Upstream costs, coverage, tax and exchange rates can change. A change applies to a future checkout, not to the recorded price of an already accepted order, except where a payment was never completed.

A verified delivery, installation or connectivity fault is handled under the refund policy and applicable consumer law.
