esimterra Credits terms

Credits may be issued through an eligible referral, customer-care adjustment or stated campaign. Ordinary purchases do not automatically earn Credits unless the offer says so.

Available Credits can cover up to 30% of an eligible order subtotal. They cannot be combined with a friend offer, new-customer code or another coupon unless checkout explicitly permits it.

Credits expire 12 months after becoming available unless a campaign states a different lawful period. Any reminder is a convenience and failure to receive one does not extend expiry where law permits.

Refund value follows the original payment structure. A reward linked to a refunded, disputed or charged-back order can be reversed. A negative balance pauses further redemption and is not automatically charged to a card.

Credits cannot be transferred, withdrawn, resold or converted. Eligibility, fraud prevention, contribution limits and applicable consumer law continue to apply.
